More than 30 directors and producers from different countries came to Albania to closely follow the international film festival Travel Fest Albania, which started with the first edition this year, from July 18 to 24, in Tirana. 128 films from 42 participating countries were screened in the capital of Albania on topics ranging from tourism, nature, wildlife, environment and ecology, heritage, expeditions, food and drinks etc. During their stay in the capital, the authors had the opportunity to take part in sightseeing tours, visiting some of the tourist spots in Tirana. After the festival, a group of filmmakers from Australia, Spain, Italy, Denmark, Greece and Poland headed to the Albanian Riviera on a 3-day tour to get to know the tourist sites in the south of Albania, a project supported by the Ministry of Tourism and Environment.
